Orders
Adding items to your bag and sending your order on WhatsApp is a request to buy. Your order is confirmed once we've checked the pieces are still available and received your UPI payment.
Prices
All prices are in Indian rupees and include taxes. Shipping is shown before you send your order. Prices can change, but you'll always pay the price confirmed on WhatsApp.
Pre-loved pieces
Every piece is pre-loved unless its listing says it's new with tags. Each listing shows the piece's condition, and small signs of wear that match that condition are not defects. Colours can also look slightly different on different screens.
One of each
There's only one of every piece. If a piece sells before your order is confirmed, we'll tell you on WhatsApp before you pay.
Returns
Swaps and refunds follow our returns policy.
